dramione | Fic Search Request

I read this a while ago, but for the life of me I can't remember what it was called nor where it was.

It was a fic where Ron had been killed, but his last wish/spell was something that would bring Hermione happiness or somesuch. He ended up as a ghost and bound to Draco Malfoy, which indicated that Ron had to bring Hermione and Draco together.

Ron was unable to move on/fade from being a ghost until Hermione was happy, so I think he ended up match-making the two of 'em. At some point there was a scene with Hermione and Ghost!Ron, and she thanked him for thinking of her as his dying wish.

Anyone recall what I'm talking about? XD
