AHAHAHA, I have long had the same feelings on Beedle! My headcanon completely includes that Draco's favorite of the tales was the fountain story, and that he keeps that tidbit locked up in a SUPER SECRET VAULT so that nobody (including nosy bushy-haired Muggleborn witches!) ever finds out. He totally has his own copy of the book that's got a cracked spine and always falls open right to that story. *sage nod*
